Our math teacher doesn’t even teach. She chucks us a worksheet and makes us complete it whenever she feels claiming that she has a headache. She pressures students if they receive a lower mark and constantly degrades the class. She doesn’t even follow the exam guidelines. She adds in year 7-8 content into a year 10 paper then complains when people get bad. Ive had enough of this school. The principal is like a leech, sucking us dry and taking all our money only for her to spend it on a colourful mural. This isnt a pride school. She refuses to add a mirror into the girls bathroom claiming that people will use it to apply makeup to impress the boys. In reality its because she cant afford it. She decided last year to stop continuing market days because of the popcorn incident. Recently, our commerce teacher has informed us that she wanted to bring it back. I wonder why. An extra $1000 added to her wallet wouldnt hurt. This school refuses to take us on any excursions claiming that some people cant afford it. Excuse me?? Anyone paying for this school can surely afford it. They are just afraid to let the monkeys of our class loose.

This school is so bad half the teachers left so they hired this woman to teach us english. She constantly compares us to this one boy even stating that its impossible for her to grade us 100% claiming that we are not as advanced as him. She shows up to school with her breasts out and constantly complains that we are falling behind. She chooses to take the day where we have 3 periods off so that she can get a new set of nails and 1000mL of filler in her lips. Sometimes i even get her confused with a fish. She hasnt even fasted one day and openly drinks water in front of everyone. I wouldnt be surprised if she also didnt pray. She wears her scarf as a decoration. She constantly degrades students if they dont write exactly how she tells them to. The school has trained us to write in PETAL format since primary and she thinks she can rock up to our school and make us relearn everything. What even is an Ieqtel?? Whenever anyone mentions the boys she lets out a small giggle. It is even rumoured that she called a young primary boy attractive. This school is so broke they even hired us these coaches that look like they just graduated school. Making us run laps while the teachers are watching us suffer.

This school is horrid- they claim they care abt our education and the way we behave. But they don’t. Ur not my mum. I can wear lipgloss if I want. It’s not to impress anyone and it’s not for you to judge and most of the teachers on menopause need to relax if we’re on our periods. They claim that we should control it. Habibi. I can’t shove my hand in my uterus and force it not to squeeze. And this one teacher keeps track of our periods. I get it. Some skip. But that’s between them and Allah. You have no right.

This school doesn’t give a crap abt their students. All they see when they look at them (us) is $$. They don’t give 2 shits abt our education. Especially the math teachers. The only math teachers they hire is Indians with the strongest accent. And Dr Khalil always teams up w the teachers wether they are right or wrong. Like excuse me! If a teacher blabs that I’m on my period to the whole class. That’s a big problem. It’s none of her business. And this one specific teacher (miss Umar) (math) thinks that just bc it’s our body we can control when we get our periods. Like it’s not my fault u got menopause. I don’t have previously wrote a review and I came back now because this school is getting out of hands. This Arabic teacher is always moving me and yelling at me for no reason she grabs my desk with her wrinkly hands and chucks my desk to the other side of the room. Then the little Indian science teacher that smells like chicken curry straight from an Indian restaurant. Making us memorise 2787 diagrams for a science exam like wtf. This is a boys and girls school but sonali makes us face torture if we even make eye contact with any of the boys. She shoves us girls in a little corner while they get a whole spacious room. We also have different stair cases just for girls and the boys because sonali thinks atrociously. Melhem stinks up the whole staff room with his food everyday. If we look at him in his little man cave eating he closes the window. He has a very flat bum too. Once I was walking in primary and sonali luthra screamed my name to get her a Diet Coke. Like go get it yourself. You’re nothing but an obese fat Indian. Your puppet is Mrs Hassan and your little minion is mellywellyflatbum. NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE FOR THEIR SAFETY AND FUTURE. I HAVE EXPERIENCE.

Hello, we are members of the Al Faisal college minto campus. We are victims. Victims of this prison, hell, the hellish prison exuded an oppressive atmosphere, where the air reeked of despair and the anguished cries of tormented souls reverberated through dim, claustrophobic corridors lined with rusted bars, casting shadows that seemed to devour any flicker of hope daring to linger.
To begin, Sonali luthra is an evil woman. When we hear the footsteps of sonali luthra, our hearts sink down in fear. She also has a strong scent. The overpowering scent of the perfume assaults my senses, a traumatic olfactory onslaught that lingers in the air, leaving an indelible mark on my memory, a haunting reminder of an unbearable sensory experience. I recall one Memory, I looked and saw an unbearable sight. Sonali and her heels stormed off towards me, as she made eye contact with me my heart dropped towards my trembling toes. She placed her hands on her waist, and scram at me to get her a Diet Coke. Not normal, diet. I am scared of this woman.
Secondly, this school is highly not recommended, if u what ur child to suffer trauma, of course send them here. But your innocent kids will soon turn into robots, puppets, and crazy children. Sonali luthra has provided a school with boys and girls, although if we make eye contact with a boy, she will storm off to us and rip our eyeballs out. Many students are in relationships here, this is awful. Sonali luthra has a little puppet, miss hassan. She made us memorise 20+ diagrams over one science exam. She made us fail, my mark was 49.95%, and she couldn’t round it up. She is greedy, when she walks past me, I can smell her chicken curry smell with daal lingering onto her. Mr Melham is a cutie. He has a flat bum. He flips his hair back and forth, almost as if he is in a velocity edit. I like him.
Our math teacher is an amazing teacher, it’s just Sonali luthra has been notoriously holding her hostage, and forcing her to give us 1a, b,c,d,e,d,f,g. The canteens are overpriced, selling a dairy milk icecream for $4.50, a single one. There are no healthy meals, only processed food. Please, we are trying to save your kids. Do not send them to Al Faisal college. We are scared, we are terrified, we are afraid.

ok so lets be realistic here. Overall education wise this school would be a good school to maybe be ahead and have more prep for hsc, however any student from any other school can get the highest atar- it all depends on their own work. There are many things i despise about this school as a parent yet i'll tell you only some. First of all, in highschool my daughter has been in the highest class throughout( G1), but the way they treat the g2s and g3s is absoultely disgusting. They emotionally abuse them, and they dont recieve the same opportunities as g1s. They purposely let them fail. dr Ali, he's the reason all of this is happening. He goes and walks through the corridors, and abuses ( and im not exaggerating he abuses) children emotionally so much. He asks them what class they're in, if they're not in b1 or g1 he starts insulting them, calling them dumb, and saying they shouldn't even be in this school. Ok next, maths. This school ( dr Ali) is obsessed with maths to the extent that it defines ur intellectual ability. If you're only weak subject is maths, you're classified as dumb. If maths is ur only strong and theres nothing else ur good at, MashaAllah ur the smartest person. Like what system is this? In yr 10 theres subject selection exams, and believe me my daughter just went through it, they even decided her English based on her maths mark. She justt missed the maths advanced cut off mark by like 2% and she got one of the highest in english. Guess what? they gave her standard cuz of maths. And the people who litrally failed english but got good in maths, they even got extension english. This is making a child feel dumb, not gonna lie. And if ur putting a student in g1 their whole life and just bringing them down, what in the world are u doing? Ok now im changing my daughters school because its the best for her InshaAllah. But before i told my husband to go talk to the principal, he went and was waiting. The principal came and he just says 'yeah what do u want?' and he gets angry at my husband for even requesting. He didn't even listen to him one bit, and i know that's just because he knew he was wrong anyways. He indirectly insulted my daughter in so many ways. Anyways, yeah I recommend not putting ur child in this school for the sake of their emotional wellbeing and health.

About 2 years ago I asked the receptionist to give me a photocopy of the application form I signed for my child and she said " Sister we don't take any money for application fee and you want a photocopy?" In other words she is saying it costs us to give you a photocopy . I said to her , " Yes, everything I put my signature on I want a copy of it so if you want 1.00 for the one A4 paper I am happy to give you $1.00 even or 20c". Then she went silent.She gave me the copy.
Took the copy and never went back again and never put my child there.

Large corporation/multi school organisation which was ultimately built on very weak foundations thus lacks strong leadership and proper management.
Upper management needs to re evaluate long term plans and treat the school less as a business and more for the students.
There are no real strong fundamentals for long term growth and sustainability hence why the school will always fluke HSC results.
Management needs young blood and no offence most of the players in upper management are borderline or are in the senile state of their life.
I am not writing this to hate, but to spread awareness as experience from this school can leave permanent effects on staff and students.

Just don't,don't even think of entering this prison of horrors all controlled by a piercing noise from a speaker, telling us when to go home. Don't even come to this place with bars on the Windows, don't come here to this place where the guards don't let us Have the freedom of peeing. Don't come to this school which is all under the control of a cruel sheriff bossing around all the guards making sure a kid has navy blue knew high socks for girls and black socks for a boy. Don't come to this school where we are forced to enter high school with war fare coordinators chasing us down the school to make sure we are wearing a blazer and a scarf(for the girls). It's okay that we wear the scarf but if we choose to take it off WHILE WE OUTTA SCHOOL, don't even think of telling us to put it on. Don't even think of coming to this school where you are intoxicated by Dr Costa's smelly breath flooding the room. I'd say about 60-70% of the staff members aren't especially the best. They're so strict and all of that. Let's take the example of the K-6 Deputy Principal. I've seen many instances where she refuses to take the full side of a story and instead decides to just either give all the people involved in the situation a punishment or just ignore it.
Many, many, MANY times have I seen the bathrooms, especially the boys' bathrooms, in TERRIBLE shape. I understand that this is the students' fault, I myself am also a student, however. This means you should just manage your students better. I understand it's not easy but insulting them and being strict as hell isn't going to get you anywhere.
I can't say much about this part but why does this school only have FOUR-ish cleaners? Who expects FOUR to clean the school completely? I don't care how many there are or how hard their job is, but being a cleaner does not mean sweeping a broom here and there.
I recently started high school and it has been a good experience so far, definitely much better than primary. Bear in mind many, MANY people hate the high school staff, and I started a few days ago, so nothing I say about the high school staff should be taken to heart. But back to primary. It sucked. CONSTANTLY felt stressed or under pressure in a bad way from most of the teachers. Of course, there are a few good exceptions that are all very reasonable. But generally saying, not a single one of the primary teachers were nice. My Y6 teacher gave us at least up to 10 pages of maths homework at one point (keep in mind it was Y7 as I was blessed enough to be in an enrichment class). Actually, on the topic of enrichment, the school labels primary students in two basic categories; smart and stupid.

Ignore the bad reviews left by kids in high school and primary. As a student who graduated in 2021, AFC is a great school that offers minorities a chance to succeed. Yes, their methods are a bit unfair (not letting you do 4 unit math without even trying it), however, they offer results. The proof is the school's HSC ranking is always in the top 100 (top 30 in the last couple of years). In terms of Islamic schools, AFC is second to none and for the price paid per year, it is honestly a steal. AFC has more hardworking teachers than students, if the teachers from AFC taught students at top selective schools than everyone would be getting 99.95s. The school is great and more hard work from students is required. Other than that the school gives more the 50% of its cohort and ATAR of 90+ with minimal effort as students are spoonfed especially in years 11 and 12. So please only attend AFC or Al-Noori HS, no other Islamic school comes close to their educational commitment and hard work.

Alright don’t even get me started, this school is literally torture I am going in yr 8 and let me tell you it’s hell these teachers accuses me of everything especially these Lebanese ones they support their beloved Lebanese students so much. One time i went to school and nobody was there, i was like HUH?. I asked around but then i forgot nobody was there. So i sneaked in and went to the bathroom and summoned baby blue from the chamber of secrets and asked him what was happening and he whispered to me that the school was getting a makeover????. I was like woah thats so cool! about time!. I thanked baby blue and flushed him down the toilet b4 his mother could come after me. Suddenly, the school building started glowing and got painted hot pink head to toe. I loved it. hot pink was my favourite colour after poop green. Suddenly the school started to sparkle and twinkle, BUT THEN I HAD A SHARP PAIN IN MY RIBS, I STARTED ACHING. but to my surprise, it was my cutiemark forming. It was a butterfly! i though, how adorbale, BUT THEN I GREW WINGS FROM MY BACK. i started to fly! it helped me a lot of have a look around the school. Honestly i loved the whole look, it gave barbie dream house BUT BETTER. I called my friends and they joined too! They got their cutemarks TOO?! one freind, her name is flora started to get cool mindreading powers and my other friend Olaf got ice powers! us 3 flew ourselves into the sun until we were stopped? I FORGOT I CANT BREATHE. so we went back to the school AND GUESS WHAT. we saw a teacher! she had just finished her duty so we asked her to join us! she said yes and she a cutiemark too! her one was a calculator, suddenly she got even smarter! i said what a good day and we went to a math competiton. The teacher beat everyone and got first place! we all took a photo then we had a picnic at my house, we partied and it was fun. We all aced our exams and it was really cool. Moral of story? COME TO SCHOOL, ITS FUN. That day, i truly learnt what happiness meant, because it came from the power of friendship. IM SO COOL THAT I STILL COME TO SCHOOL.

AFC is the Earth’s replica of the lowest level of hell. Students are constantly tortured with the weight of work and stress, and are then told what they are doing is not enough. At this point, throw us in the world’s worst prison with little disgusting rats, minimal food, gangs, filth, and strict protocol because tbh its the same exact thing as our school. There’s honestly no worse school and I feel like I’m Tarzan stuck in the jungle and forced to communicate with gorillas which is literally impossible. I am a student of this school. I like some of the students not all, a lot of them are fake and rude, and the principals get the victim into trouble. They hire really bad staff members, some are really nice some are buttholes. Here are the good and bad, mainly the bad.
- Some teachers (most of them) put students down.
- A teacher even marks the girls periods which is kind of creepy if you ask me, but agreeable with the amount of girls who skip.
- The principle reads dm’s and makes students sign in, I guess it’s agreeable as well but it’s invading privacy.
- We get put under a lot of stress and in primary they are labeled under dumb and smart classes.
- Our principle cares for us a lot but kind of says the same thing over and over again kinda sounding fake at times but she really does care.
-Dr. Ali is rude, Mainly to the seniors and I just hate seeing him. Whenever I do the only thing I can do is suck up, or let him hate me.
- We need more sports, because letting us have time to relax and get energetic just at recess and lunch isn’t enough, this is mainly for primary
- If anyone does anything wrong we are instantly out down
- Some teachers are nice and even when into trouble help us back onto our feet.
- The toilets are horrific, one specific girl in our school yr 5 in 2022 always dirty’s them.
- Some people do over exaggerate, I think myself the principle is sometimes under pressure but shouldn’t really out some of that pressure on the students but I can see where she is coming at.
- Things are very expensive, sometimes feel like they are worth it but mainly not worth the money.
Overall, this school overcomplicates things, they make it hard for students but the principal tries her best it’s just specific teachers and Dr.Ali. If you want to out your kid in this school, make sure they can handle the work and don’t be too strict unless you want them to become like some of the really bad students. I also rate this a poor because it’s mainly a shit school.

My child has depression. I obviously make her tutor and study but on specific days so she doesn’t feel any pressure. The only reasons she goes to this school are because of her friends, memories, favourite teachers and it’s the only good islamic school. This school is just all in for the money. 1 Janitor to clean the entire school. Like, does this school not have enough money to hire more janitors? And they hope they get paid enough because the toilets are so disgusting. The teachers rant all about how cleanliness is a part of our faith. Like, check your own buildings' toilets. Some of the teachers are very unreasonable. If you have a valid reason as to why you didn't do your homework, they'll say you should've done it earlier or something like that. They'd expect us to do our homework while we are busy with our own things? Also screaming at the students if they have barely done anything wrong isn't going to resolve anything. Also, where is the money we give them every year going? Fancy new fences? 2 screens on both gates? what else? I don't see anything useful that the money we give them every year. Im an afc teacher and I teach math. My students are very good thats why i dont give them much homework, just 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 12E. But no stress!! Since they were working very hard i didnt give them 12F. The exercises wont even take long just 1-2 minutes. Oh and that topic test, not to worry, its only 6-10 pages long and it wont even take you the whole period to finish!! I love my students a lot, but they can get a little chatty sometimes and not complete their homework, thats when i have to give them an orange note. I help the students so much, i give them worksheets so they dont have to copy the questions down and i also make them cheat sheets so they get very good in their exams inshallah.
Hint Hint: i am a student and i lied LOL. Btw if ur a child thats dying to get into this school PLS HELP ME I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO PERCENTAGES PLS NOT EVEN A CHEAT SHEET WILL HELP ME PASS THIS SEMESTER EXAM.

If principals don't understand why their students aren't doing well, they should ask the student if anything is wrong. And it also depends in tone. If a teacher is asking a student if something wrong with the school, it will have a different effect on the student than screaming at their face. This school has potential, its just lost. If principals were a lot more open with their students, students should be able to tell their principals about these problems. Sometimes education is not the only reason why you go school. There are people who you want to meet like friends. Which is why principals or teachers should make school seem very fun. It doesn't have to be fun but they don't have to sound like they're doing it for the money. Saying things like "It's Friday, I can't wait to get over today," is understandable because work is hard, but at least make it sound like some effort has been put into work. Some teachers do school for money and some do out of passion. But nowadays it's hard to find teachers who will teach students out of joy for their subject. There are a lot of great teachers out there but god knows where they got transferred. Sometimes it feels like teachers come to us for therapy and express their anger or stress on students. Not everyone has it easy but you need to learn that students have feelings. They aren't just going to forget if you called someone "dumb" in 1 day. Covid was hard on students but that doesn't mean teachers can blame students poor academic on them for being lazy during Covid. Non arab lives matter and justice for the poor janitor. I hope the janitor gets paid enough to deal with the horrible bathrooms.

Minto isn't as strict as auburn as previously said by an unknown student however this place gives me sleep paralysis. Literally why is the canteen so expensive, like one teacher said that this was because of "Covid" like does the school not get enough money??? Literally 99% of these complains are about the toilets and I 10000000000% agree. The toilets' are full on broken and never sanitary. Why is there only 1 janitor like what, the school is massive how is 1 person going to clean an entire school. The bathroom doors are all broken and I think only 2 work. Helping others builds your reputation and sends you a long way. If there is something i learned from going to this school for 8-9 years, its those things above and that never leave someone who needs help behind. This school is amazing. Its education it provides is top quality. The only reason why some people hate it, is because of what they have done and what others within the school have done to bring down the school's reputation. the first year I started teaching at this school the students had finished all their work and it was the end of the year. I am a productive student. I use Google Calendar to manage my time and I do not procrastinate. I wake up at 6am everyday and meditate, and workout to ensure I am fit in order to be more mentally prepared for the studies I will undertake that day. I read books on productivity (Atomic Habits, Deep Work, Peak, Ultralearning, The Productivity Project, A Mind for Numbers, The Motivation Myth, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, High Performance Habits, The Power of Habit etc) and I live up to the messages conveyed in these books. As a Al-Faisal college student, I am able to consistently thrive in an increasingly competitive environment and handle large amounts of workload pressures. One must utilise every possible instance of time in order to ensure optimal efficiency of time usage and productivity. One must ruthlessly and savagely pursue what they know is the most important and cut back on all unimportant things.

As a student who has been attending this school for more than half of my school years (and still is unfortunately), I'm honestly going to say everything about this school - (This is about the Auburn campus as I have no idea about the other campuses but I wouldn't be surprised if they're the same)

So first of all, this place isn't a school. Its a prison. If you don't believe me you can just look at the school and it looks disgusting. Public schools look better, plus they are better. There is absolutely no playground. The playground they have is "fake grass" downstairs with no sunlight and barbs surrounding the area. The playground upstairs is just concrete, and no one likes that place.

Second, the canteen. The canteen offers barely any nice food and its expensive like hell and you don't get full. I don't want to pay $4 dollars for a wrap which im gonna finish in 1 minute. The canteen probably gets more than $2000 a week, as there is two (one downstairs and one upstairs).

Third, and probably the most annoying one to talk about, Dr. Ali. Please don't get me started. Ever since he came into the school, the school has become worst. If you don't know what he is, he is the "Director of Education" (for all campuses) but all he does is walk around the school, stalk students through the cameras and classroom windows, bully the seniors by calling them names such as "Donkey" and "Dumb" and make retarded jokes. He doesn't care about you. He only cares about the school's reputation. He got so mad when the school's ranking dropped down to 52 from 26 that he put more stress on us. He thinks stress and name-calling will bring our marks up. What a joke. Thought you got an education. If you aren't in G1, B1 (the highest class), then he pretty much hates you. Students are always getting threatened. Dr.Khalil also sucks with all the after-schools she's given within her lifespan. Its pretty much a concentration camp if you want to call it like that. Dr. Ali must be the human definition of cancer.

Next, Money. The school only cares about one thing and that's money. Nope, you heard that right. Not your safety. Not your education. Not your mental well-being. Money. If you don't pay your school fees in time, "the school has a right to remove your child/ren's enrolment". Excuse me what the hell. But yea you heard that right. The school also makes you pay for bullshit things like coding (for primary) which they use a free website (scratch) and gymnastics (primary only), which is like 50 bucks every term. Um Al-Faisal, sorry to tell you this but... i don't shit money. The high- school sports fees is $400 the whole year (7-10 as 11 and 12 don't have sports), whereas this whole year we only went sports like for 1 term. One thing to say and its RIP-OFF.

Next, Mrs Ghannoum. Omg that little piece of shit i hope she falls and breaks her ankles and gets run over by a truck. She is an absolute pig. She thinks she's something that old fart. She thinks she can get her way. Thank God she only looks after primary - (K-6 deputy principal). I got bullied in primary but she didn't care she full defended the bully saying "it was just a joke". Um no it wasn't you cock-head. Non-Arab lives matter as well you know.

Alright so next, I'm gonna talk about the school in general. First off, as some people have mentioned, yes, drinking water in class is banned. If you get caught, its a straight after-school detention. If you don't attend after-school, you get suspended. Next, the teachers suck. Not all of them but half of them. Next, the lockers are so small you can barely fit a few textbooks. The school inside is so dark like im paying money for school, not a prison. They have strict rules and if you break one you have a chance of getting expelled. The school can't afford anything for the students but they can afford cameras everywhere around the school. The school nurse doesn’t know crap she probably doesn’t even know first aid. This girl I know broke her ankle in school and the nurse was like “its just a sprain go back to class”. Hell nah it was a sprain she ended up in hospital. Also the school doesn’t let you choose your subjects; they choose it for you. Also they barely have any subjects available. In yr 9 and 10 they have : commerce, hospitality (food tech) and arabic and they choose depending on your class. In yr 11 and 12 they only have: bio, business, chem, environmental science, math standard/advanced, eng advanced/extension, legal, pdh, arabic, hospitality and yea that’s it, idk if I skipped one.

The school is absolute disgusting like they hire cleaners but they aint doing the job properly. Sis look in the toilet i full saw shit lying on the floor. Half the doors are broken with not-working doorknobs like anyone can see me taking a dump. 90% of the time there's no soap and toilet paper and usually there's piss on the floor. Also the primary toilets stink like someone's ass.

Ooh i almost forgot. They hire fricken uni students who haven't completed their course yet as "trial/practice". I FAILED MY MATH EXAM BECAUSE OF THIS.
The people who say "this school is amazing" is honestly living in a different world. They must be relatives to Mrs Ghannoum because they are dumb as hell.

im a student and im really depressed from all the pressure. i almost committed suicide by going on the top of the stairs, but I listened to fight song and i remembered to be brave and confident, and draco would be devastated if i died bc I'm his little smol bean. dr Ali saw me and he sat next to me on the stairs and fed me his chicken biriyani, and he wiped my tears and said 'it's ok bb gorl' i blushed and I knew he was the one. We went on a date and I lost my virginity to him, and I was feeling sick the next day so I took an online quiz of pregnancy symptoms and it said I was pregnant. I told my hubby bubby, and he gave me money to abort it but I took the money and I bought myself a diamond ring and said 'will u marry me' he said no and I got bad and bit his hand and blood oozed out, and I sang the fight song, and stuck the middle finger out at him and walked out like a boss. he expelled me from school and covered it up by saying that I cheated on all my exams. I am now listening to my Spotify playlist, with the fight song and this is me. turns out i really wasn't pregnant, and it was food poisoning from his homemade chicken biriyani. i should have thought about the chicken being super pink, and the rice being crunchy and a dirty yellow colour. anyways, i was so depressed i started taking some cannabis, and i grew and sell it and became so rich. i caught the attention of a leader of a russian mafia. we fell in love and we always danced to ic3peak, and my new favourite songs were TRRST and грустная сукa. have been in this school since kindy. I absolutely hate this school, they give way too much work especially during lockdown. I have two decent teachers but the rest are all crap. I have a breakdown like every week because of all the stress due to the amount of work. They don't even let students pick the subjects they want to do in year 9. I also don't want to be mean but this certain teacher who teaches English, gives way to much work and has actually said she loves embarrassing students when they don't complete their work. Also, why aren't we allowed to drink water, I have asthma and I try to decrease my wheezing by drinking water and i can't do that. There are even some teachers who don't understand my condition. Alvin Wong was one of the best teachers, and he ended up leaving. There are only a couple more good teachers left. They should really hire new teachers like a new islamic teacher. This Wissal Baraka preaches about islam but wastes the entire lesson babbling about her life! im in yr 7 in alfaisal minto and based on these reviews we aren as strict as auburn but I hate ms luthra and ms silva and Mr rami. all he does Is talk about anime and then shout at us for no reason, he is a biology geek and is always talking about insects that he found in his food. also they never let us do dangerous practical experiments. i was boiling water and 2 of the beakers shattered and for some reason 3 teachers came and were telling us that they didn't know what happened and its not our fault, and ms silva thinks music is the most important teacher. and omg ms abraka i hate her she literally tries to hard my mic didn't work and she said 'girls i know all the tricks in the book i wasn't born last night' and threatened to call my parents when my mic literally was not working. also ms luthra suspended a girl because of her discord username, when it wasn't even a school official server. also in yr 5 we went to the swimming pool and a mental lady attacked us and they called the police and when we went to school they gave us therpy, so i guess that was ok. mintos less strict than auburn but ms luthra just wants us to get higher marks than auburn

I have been in this school since kindy. I absolutely hate this school, they give way too much work especially during lockdown. I have two decent teachers but the rest are all crap. I have a breakdown like every week because of all the stress due to the amount of work. They don't even let students pick the subjects they want to do in year 9. I also don't want to be mean but this certain teacher who teaches English, gives way to much work and has actually said she loves embarrassing students when they don't complete their work. I have been to this school for 7 years and yet nothing has changed.In grade 6 it had to be one of the most stressful years Ieading me to have a lot of anxiety at this school and I most likely took my puffer after an exam. The pressure that was put on me was disgusting and apparently crying about it is paranormal to this schools principal. When doing assessments marks were taken off for unfair reasons for example: if your working out was not done correctly however the answer is correct the whole question is marked wrong and this is grade 6 which is quite disturbing in my opinion. The teachers were ill-mannered and would yell and sometimes say things like shut up or are you stupid? This can affect the student in their self esteem and self worth .More over, Al Faisal college is a repulsive school that shows no care about their own students but more who succeeds better as a student .

The school lockers are so small and the students have to climb onto each other just to get their books for class.
