Marsden High School is a supportive environment with friendly staff

2 weeks ago on Friday someone tried to murder me both me and my friend I am in year 7 but he was in year 10 and was a boy which means it was obviously a unfair fight. But I am not really satisfied because he didn’t have anger issues or any thing which means he doesn’t have any excuses. and got away with only one day green room

The uniforms are expensive - but they are very high quality and there is financial support and payment plans available if you can't afford one. The teachers go out of there way to help if they are aware that there is a problem. Communication is a two way street. The school has high expectations which encourages the children to put in their best effort, this helps children to reach their full potential. Marsden is the largest school in NSW and has state of the art facilities. The teachers are genuinely trying to do their best and encourage the students to do theirs.

Uniform is very expensive and if you make mistakes and come in wrong uniform u get detention by one of the teachers above: “sara miqire” or something like that, “mister castle”, and other teachers. My child says there are different friend groups and they WIIl will judge you by which one your in and spread roumors, bullying lie and of cource get away with it.

There are some kids who always distrust learning hit people bully people and even worst. They never get in trouble they ALWAYS get away and the teachers couldn’t care less ether because they have anger issues or because there parents work at this school.

The school is rubbish. It is not an education. The teachers do not care about kids. They are not professional at all. High level of bullying. Nobody cares.

this school literally sucks, there's no rain cover on the main staircase (major slipping hazard), zero safety enforced (someone had to get stitches from a chunk of ice thrown from a balcony), everyone is depressed, traumatised, has anger issues or all of the above

I like The Oval very much, its a very big oval, biggest one I've ever seen in my entire life. I really like how soft the grass in The Oval is despite having an allergy to grass I like how well maintained it is. There's also that one tree that my son likes to talk about where it has nice shade near the oval, only problem is that the bugs there like to bite him and he comes back to the house with a lot of bug bites. The teachers are thoughtful, caring and are pretty good people if you aren't acting like a complete man child with them. respect them and they will respect you. 9/10 would recommend my friends children to go here.

A decent school , Some teacher are actually nice( which is 90%) but the school itself are too old , some of the equipment and wifi and so slow and rundown , I just move to school and find it very segregated , like Asian hang out with Asian or Aussie hangout with Aussie , so not a good place if u r a newcomer.

The school wifi is so bad, I can't even access my school work without the connection killing itself. it's like I'm in Afghanistan and a WMD dropped.

Been queued up to get uniform for my children for an hour and they announced after that year 7 need to try uniform upstair and we have to queue up again after that..they never think of parents that they have to work! Very unorganized and rude staff inside the uniform shop! Ridiculous!

Marsden is a small non-selective high school. HSC results are much higher than they should be for the demographic. Teaching staff are excellent and really care. Students have high standards, dress neatly and are polite.

This school has bad students who do not encourage learning. The academic atmosphere is non existent. Everyone is not invested in their learning which makes trying to learn new things difficult. This school needs teachers who discipline the children more. I should have got into selective.

This kid called Richard wont stop picking his nose. He is a very unhygenic person, and he swears a lot. He needs to change or else he will be a bad role model for the school when he is out of school.

This Secondary School is alright, can be Improved. As you can most likely see, the rank is not very good. There aren't a lot of courses and all together out of ten. I would give it a four.
