Constant turn over of staff is a symptom of the horrendous leadership of the school. Unsupported teachers in return leave students unsupported. Teachers give no more than is required leaving students wanting. Communication is non existent or given too late. I have seen a child completely destroyed by bullying and no support and pressure to perform, I’m close to removing my second child for the same reasons. It is a toxic environment for all staff and students with the exception of less than a handful of incredible teachers who really do care for the individuals. I believe it’s time for a new Principal and not just one who wants to show pony his sporting contacts. This school needs a complete overhaul, policy restructure and environment improvement.

as a student who has been going here for years, I have seen a lot of things go down here and the staff has done nothing about it and has completely ignored. Like in year 8 my friend got bullied so bad she had to move schools, and no one did anything to help her and I'm lucky this is my last year here but just be where were u send your kids.

Terrible school. The only reason why it has a few positive Google reviews is because they obviously paid or bribed someone to make them. Admin purposely remove the more truthful negative Google reviews, because they are all about image, and don’t want to take responsibility for their poor actions.

Former teacher review: unworkable environment with admin who not only don't support you, they throw you under the bus if you don't do everything they want perfectly, even if it's the wrong thing. Also, they don’t protect vulnerable students from bullying. Teachers are victimised then maligned for trying to help them. School cares more about their image and uniforms than they do about severe bullying. The student services team themselves are nice, btw. It’s admin, specifically the principal and deputy from 2022, who are the problem. They’re dodgy, how they treated me was borderline illegal, and at the very least, unethical. Unfortunately, though, they make all the major decisions. This includes being ok with high achieving students being told to ‘kill themselves’ by bullies, blatant racism towards students and teachers, and downright rudeness to any staff for that matter. Of which staff are gaslighted and punished if they report the truth. Toxic environment run by narcissists. I’d never send my kids there. Honestly, if you’re looking for an actual sports college (the reality is, this one’s just Forrestfield SHS ‘made-over’. And poorly done) to send your child, may I suggest Seda College. It’s located in Wembley and rated much higher. Plus a lot of other closer high schools, even public ones, have great specialist sports programs anyway. You just have to ask around. But you might find yourself pleasantly surprised. You’re very welcome! :-)
Teachers: again, avoid working here if you can. You’ll be subjected to a totally unsupportive and unworkable environment. It’s not normal. I had WAY better support when I worked in hospitality and retail. Take it from me, there are much better schools out there to work at. Am so glad I left. Shame, Darling Range SC, shame. The upper management of this school should be ashamed of themselves, with how they treat their teachers.

Do not send your kids here it is a terrible school and the teachers hit up on you

This school is by far the most outrageous school. Miss chambers helps with nothing and has no boundaries. Mr todoroski is just her pet . The admin and student service ladies talk shit about students and we have proof of it. Most the sport teachers hit on young girls and all they care about is uniform. Parents take this from a student. Do not send your kids here im just grateful I’m on my last year. Save your kids life by sending them somewhere else.

teachers will slutshame you if you wear not the school uniform, if they don't say it directly it's infered

getting hit on by teachers happens constantly to students and there are no things in place to prevent it, you pretty much get told to ignore it, shut up about it and move on

Bullying is rife, and admin doesn’t do much about it. Also most of the school (aside from what is shown on their website) is falling apart).

Don’t do it. Don’t work here if you’re a teacher, and don’t send your kids here if you’re a parent and you’re able to send your kids elsewhere. This particular school is terrible and the worst one I have ever worked at by far.

Terrible school - do not send your children here, they will be BULLIED, and while teachers will help, admin won’t do anything about it!
