Salamah is a demeaning place to work. You are constantly observed, spied on and mistrusted. The number of teachers that a class will have in a year is evident of the way they treat staff. Consider it normal to have 3 different teachers in 1 year. I no longer work there because of the mental distress I endured. You are made to feel disposable which is not how a teacher should feel in the workplace.

Why are islamic schools so competitive?
The reason why us parents put our kids in islamic schools is that they are supported around islamic morals. Salamah college are so unorganised with their teaching in high school changing teachers every term then complain why children fail! Parents are PAYING so our kids can get support with their education instead parents need to also pay for after school tutoring!Al Amanah means 'trust'which I thought I can trust them with supporting my child.They only choose the smartest kids and get the credit that THEY did all the hard work.Very unfair with no islamic morals.Parents put their trust that they will help and support the kids but they are heartless!

My child attended salamah it was a good school but the new teaches are on going in 1 year ny son had up to 3 teachers how do they expect the children to learn maybe a educated principle would help theese schools and if they hired teachers that have no connection with these schools it would help .i know a lot of parents have moved their children what a shame all the good teachers have left SHAME SHAME SHAME
