Very good schooling. Very high achieving, both in sports and academics. Very good at rugby and also achieves very high in academic competitions and overall rankings. Would definitely go to this semi-prestigious private school.

I was bullied when I was at this school, a number of my mates were being playful with the 12's at the time (I was in yr 8) when they chased us bashed us and took our phones. When the principal was informed he did nothing although we had the names. The current principal is a liar and only cares about the reputation of the school and not about the students. There is a culture at Waverley College that is dreadful.

This school is nothing more than a business. The school does not have the children's bests interests at heart. The school is more about brand and reputation and making money. The leadership of the school bully and coerce the students, they lie. I would seriously think twice before sending my child to Waverley College.

Good school gives many experiences and chances to students who want to grab them.

My son has had such a great start to high school. His mentor has been very supportive with helping him adjust and he has had some very rewarding experiences this year. Looking forward to 2020

I inadvertently rated Waverley College as excellent in my previous comment - I would rate it as a cross between poor/average!

Our experience at this school has been nothing short of the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life, and the biggest waste of money.
Ask any parent as I have spoken to two of late and they were just as unimpressed as I am. My son has received very little encouragement from the unprofessional teaching staff
He has been bullied constantly.
My advice would be don't waste yr money, find a school who cares ....

I think Waverley is a great school. There are bullies and there are illegal substances. Most schools have it too. Students are taught to tell the difference between right and wrong and hopefully pick the right way. Students will not be trained to become academically super intelligent or become a star sportsman. Students will know what their potentials are and provided with the opportunity to achieve their potential and beyond.

This is a State School charging private fees. I have seen no progression in my boy since coming here. All the big kids get picked for the Rugby despite my lad being a talented footballer he has been coached, if you can call it that by a young female who is clueless. The discipline is crap, because the leftie teachers are scared of putting in complaints in case it rebounds on them. I thought Cadets would inspire him but they are all just bored shitless because politically correct Australia hate anything Military. Live in the East no alternative.

I'm very happy with the school, particularly with Acting Deputy Head of College Mr Brennan. He sorted out a problem my son had immediately. The school offers many workshops and seminars for us parents and I think overall the teachers are genuinely committed.

Good school if you are white, if not you will get beaten daily and the sports master will turn a blind eye if he sees this happening.....also lots of illeagel substances going around, I would stay away

Weak leadership. An old boys club. Condones workplace harassment. High staff turnover.

It is a great school as I say it is the best school in NSW as it has great places to do work and year 12 are the nicest boys you can find

I am in year 7 and the teachers have been a great help. I am enjoying it and if you have a problem you can speak to anyone

This is not a good school, teachers don't care and it is dangerous as there are many fights.

This school makes year 12 students attend 3-hour saturday detentions days before vital hsc examinations like english, simply for not going to sports training. They claim to liberate potential but the only thing i've experienced at this school is the feeling my potential becoming diluted.
I'm , rate this school
