I work with public schools and by comparison to the majority rsc is great.
For the most part the teachers care about the students.
Aggie is amazing!!! So is Mr Chisari!
I’m glad my children are at RSC.

As a teacher, I fully regret enrolling to this school as a teacher, as I am always getting teased, sworn at, and horrible kids with no discipline WHATSOEVER! In fact, I left a few days ago.

Something tells me that 75-80% of the good reviews seem to be from selective students, and the negative from mainstream students.
As a mainstream, I will say that for a good ATAR, either do NOT go to this school or be prepared to learn mostly outside of school and study 24/7.
If you happen to be a selective or higher you may get further and have a better experience, but this school is not for the average student. Most teachers can't teach properly, and yes like how one of the other people here said it, some even have horrible handwriting.

Australia is already ranked very low on its education (39/42).
I do not want to write entire novels for a review so I will just say that I have the other negative reviews on my review.
Just to put it simply, this school is already below average, and seeing that Australia has pretty crap education already, I do NOT recommend this school.

My daughter goes to this school, and she has never had any complaints, lovely staff, great communication, she met wonderful new friends, I really like this school, the campus is also lovely with a large oval and indoor playing courts and a huge hall, but do be warned, volleyball is very hyped ;)

2021, so great school, (me selective) and there are a lot of great people, no bully, good teach, but obv sum ppl will not like bc mainstream does have weird ppl loll (no offence mainstream kids) and uh, the gifted and talented is nonsense, like, uh what? overal great but pls, can we get lockers? just bcz? then i can flex to my fwends in other school lol.

As a person who has been in this school for some time, I will say that for an ATAR school, this is a place I highly do not recommend enrolling for.

I would firstly like to say that for a local main-stream student, this school is not the choice of many. If you are willing to study more at hole then school then it’s the school for you!! The education system is shocking with more substitutes than casuals. Teachers simply can’t teach anymore and assessments provided by teachers is highly debatable. Very few students with similar interests as many other students. Boring in-hygienic school. Highly don’t recommend.

The school is pretty decent, with Mainstream, Gifted and Talented and Selective classes. Most teachers are great with a few exceptions. The Maths Standard in this is school is VERY high, my child's tests and studying routine for mathematics was a heavy load.

Nice people, bad teachers, if you want a good ATAR be prepared to do all your learning outside of school because the teachers struggle to teach.

School is hit and miss. Classes are decent but not the best. Lacks alot of attention from staff and teachers. Wouldn't recommend this school.

English Department is good. Maths department is decent. Science faculty isn't very good. Music faculty is decent. Social sciences are hit and miss. Languages are good.
School hygiene is good. Nice mix of greenery and buildings. Friendly environment.
Generally, a very nice school however ATAR might not be awesome if your not top 5 for all your subjects.
