This school is supposed to be Christian but the teachers dont follow any Christian rules like forgive and forget and to never body shame. Also there is a lot of bullying at this school and essays thinking they are so cool when they are really just little dweebs with emotional problems. Also if your not into sport…LEAVE! They dont care about anyone but the sport jocks. Lots of kids get insane depression and anxiety because of the kids and teachers. I AM A STUDENT HERE AND I REALLY WISH THAT THEY CHANGE THEY’RE WHOLE SCHOOL AND GET BETTER! THE TEACHERS SAY THAT THEY ARE CHRISTIAN BUT THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS. THE TEACHERS ARE LITTERALLY TERRIBLE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SCHOOL REPUTATION AND WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF THEM. IM SICK OF IT. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.

I am an ex student from the 80s and 90s. Christian brothers was a shit school then and apparently still is. They only give a shit if you play a sport. The teachers were bullies, the students who played sports were wankers. The brothers who ran the school were evil and corrupt. It should be called Satan's bothers.
Stay away from this school.

I agree with the parent who said Complete and utter disregard to actual well-being and ‘safety of its students’. I have felt this for the last few years and they are too ‘busy’ to help me in a timely manner to deal with kids bullying and it’s gotten worst over time. So now I stay quiet and prefer to be on my own as I know they don’t do anything about it.

Bullying and no-one does anything about it. I was told to not send my son here and to go to St George Christian School. I should have listened. CBHS has Nice teachers but everyone was right, they prefer sporty boys and ignore boys bullying. They just cover all staff members to prevent paper work with reporting bullies. It continues and bullies are still there, continuing.

There are some good teachers and some lovely students but the school as a whole has total disregard to actual wellbeing or safety of its students.

Bullying.

behaviour is average. It's got new wood work facilities, music rooms and a science block. Uniform is overdone. They over enforce uniforms instead of education. We have to wear a belt and black socks. If we don't wear black socks after 3 times it's a DETENTION! Same for belt, blazer, tie and everything.

I highly recommend to look elsewhere when looking to send your son to this school. It has gone downhill greatly over the last decade, and better school are out there.

Bullying....bullying...and more bullying! It is relentless and nothing gets done to the bullies while those being bullied slowly wither away

Academic results excellent, fantastic pastoral care program and excellent social justice opportunities.

Extremely disappointed in school ability to recognise differing abilities and to show concern for the well being of the whole child. Lack of leadership in living out christian values they espouse, not at all inclusive.

Duck without chilli is just.. Too average... You guys really have to learn how to season duck properly
By Parent - 26 May 2014, Rate: bad
it didnt work the duck was over cooked and absorbed way too much oil.
By Parent - 26 May 2014, Rate: excellent
by scoring the skin of the duck then frying it in hot oil skin side down, it will achieve a much crispier outer skin. season only with salt and pepper to ensure simple clean flavours.

An excellent school that has great values and lives these values out. Academically very strong with great relationships between staff and students. Facilities have improved considerably over recent times and the school has a great atmosphere that is commented on by visitors. The school respects traditions and the pats whilst is open to change. Great things are happening at Lewo.
