A pigeon is a type of bird belonging to the family Columbidae and the order Columbiformes. Pigeons are found worldwide, with many different species distributed across various habitats. They are known for their stout bodies, short necks, and small heads. Pigeons typically have a gray or multicolored plumage, although some species exhibit more vibrant colors.
Pigeons have been domesticated for thousands of years and have a long history of association with humans. They are known for their ability to navigate and return to their home roost over long distances, which has made them popular as messenger birds in the past. Pigeon racing, a sport where specially trained pigeons compete to return to their lofts, is still practiced in some parts of the world.
Pigeons primarily feed on seeds and grains, but they are adaptable and can survive in urban environments, often scavenging for food scraps. They are social birds and often gather in large flocks. Pigeons build nests out of twigs and other materials, usually in elevated areas such as buildings, trees, or cliffs.
Overall, pigeons are regarded as intelligent and resilient birds, capable of adapting to a wide range of environments. They have become a familiar sight in many cities around the world and are sometimes considered pests due to their tendency to roost in urban areas and create messes. However, they are also appreciated by many people for their beauty and unique characteristics.

I think Trinity is a great school. We are very pleased with the education that our boy is getting at TGS under the excellent leadership of Mr Bowden.

I sent my son here (alex hu 8 wilson hogg) and he's terrible at basketball and absolutely throws his Saturday basketball games (would appreciate if he grows a couple inches). I as Alex Hu's stepmother thinks that gordon ramsey aka tomato face morrissee is a terrible coach and should be fired immediately due to his 4ppg average in the nbl.

Ranked 291 in NSW 2022...
Totally unacceptable result for an "exclusive/elite" school!

Great school, offers a wide range of subjects & caters for boys of all abilities. One of the highest rated schools in Australia in the I.B. exams, which are based on international assessments. My son has excelled in his chosen profession, in which he is known internationally.

I am a new student to this prision like school and from the moment I started I knew I hated it, and now almost two terms in and I still hate it. You could honesty get a better education in a public school down the road for $35,000 less. Definently do not recomend.

Trinity is always trying to push religion down your throats and the bullying is really bad and the teachers are way up themselves.
I was much happier and doing better at my public school and want to go back.
Trinity sucks!

Really great school, I would definitely suggest you to send your son to this school.

this school has put so many restrictions on appearance and school uniform, and not giving students nearly as much freedom to express themselves. the head of schools see themselves as untouchable and do not listen to anyone's suggestions to improve the school because they still believe they live in the 1920s. the kids that go there become snobby, arrogant, entitled pricks. might as well just send your kids to another school because this one just aint it.

It's just so bad, everyone hates each other and teachers hate students. One old dude with a stupid beard and mustache thinks he is the king of the world with his terrible advice. He also always mentions "page 25 of the record book" which is rubbish. This school is so bad, do not send your child here ever.

Some good and bad like all schools, however the character of the typical Trinity student may disadvantage them once they leave the school as it is quite protected, fragile, and quirky.

Send your kid to this school if you want. I wouldn't. Reason why? This school has a very high proportion of male teachers and the culture is very top heavy and intimidating so kids are kept in line. It does not even rank in the top 150 schools in results for HSC.

Trinity no longer offerers an all-encompassing educational program, Trinity nowadays ONLY wants to cater to elite students and couldn't give two hoots for the average or below average!
I am deeply disappointed and ashamed of a school I once loved!

Will you spend $35000 + extra fees for a school ranking 110+ ? What student suitable for the IB program? In my interpretation, IB is mostly for students who are strong in a second language. How many students are strong in the second language in this college? Many students might struggle with English subject, are they able to manage the second language? If I am the parent, I will shop and compare the fee. Pay more but less success in academic achievements is not ideal. So what does the school offer your son?
By Student - 04 Nov 2020, Rate: excellent
This school has so much to offer in their co-corricular activities to their sports. The academic offer is also amazing. There are many excellent staff from all over the world and many famous as well.

I pulled my son out after only one term!
There should be an investigation into this school...

Lots of bullying and arrogant kids and particular teachers who think they are above and beyond.
Their is a particular employee in the English department runs her own tutoring buisness and some of our kids attend her centre. This should not be allowed.

Very unhappy!
It's more about the prestige of the school and pushing religion down the boy's throats and catering exclusively to the top elite students rather than the ones who just want to get a solid education. VERY snobby, lots of bullying and really arrogant!
My son is much happier now he out.

Bigoted, homophobic, narrow-minded, expensive, over-rated.
Need I say more!
By Parent - 24 Sep 2016, Rate: excellent
@parent 24 the school ranks around the 90's, due to the large proportion of boys who undertake the IB course. The IB course is for brighter students, and Trinity is one of a few schools who offer the IB

Trinity brought out the best in my son

Why does the school rank so poorly in naplan and hsc results? It's an expensive school that claims to offer excellent opportunities and academic results yet this year 2015 they ranked 90. Other schools charging th same fees were well in the top 30!

This is a great school, good learning opportunities, a wide variety of co-curricular activities, good learning environment. Overall a great school and I enjoy being a student at Trinity.

I agree with the previous comment that the school should be open to public scrutiny and not be a law in its own right. My son was discriminated against because of his health issues. He was abruptly asked (verbally) to leave Trinity last year at the end of Year 11. The Headmaster himself wasn?t involved in my son?s exclusion, and he never contacted us during this time either. The school did little to find my son another school for Year 12. This would never happen in the public school system.
By Parent - 24 Jan 2014, Rate: bad
Highly discriminatory against migrants and people of low socio-economic backgrounds, lacks social justice, teachers are arrogant and belittle boys they do not favour. It is a school that breaks a boys spirit and perpetuates racism and denigration of marginalised groups in our society. It is a school that should be open to public scrutiny and not a law in its own right. Overall it is a disgrace especially when teachers cover up victimisation of students. A disgraceful school.
