PLC is no place for education, and it is no place for young women and girls to thrive and learn. From the top staff down to the youngest students, a culture of bullying and judgement has firmly taken root. I frankly would not be disappointed to see this school shutting down for its atrocious treatment of students experiencing any sort of difficulty.

AMAZING SCHOOL! i have entered recently entered this school and everyone is so kind and nice and showing me around to guide me to my first classes. teachers are funny and helpful!! although some can be strict, get on their good side and you will enjoy all lessons. highly recommended! :D

A lot of advertising on the website about kindness activities/days/clubs girls participate in. Kindness cannot be taught in a classroom, it comes from upbringing and learned behaviour. The amount of effort this school advertises kindness days and activities with some kids looking beyond impressed holding up handmade creations tells that kids here don't know how to be generally kind and need a classroom day to reach them a new skill.

As a former student- everyone is mean and bullies you. They judge you so much and the teachers don't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Save your money- don't go to this school. Because I completely regret going here anyway.

At this school everyone judges, a couple of my friends are gay, and the whole school spreads rumours and assumes. If your not sporty or athletic your made fun of and teased, that is what ultimately led to the suicide of a couple of students. Please, although the education and the school facilities are alright, the students behaviour is not it. Save your kids, dont go to this school.

This school has caused both of my children to fall into depression. Furthermors, Mrs Jones taught the wrong content to year 12s and somehow she has not been fired yet!

Using slick air brushed ‘we rule the world’ ad campaign is hilarious

As a ex student, honestly it’s super disappointing
I was there from 1990-2000 and I ended leaving because I was bullied so much :(

I want to try a scholarship, but I’m a bit scared by the second comment. My parents say that I started from kindy so I probably won’t get bullied as they are all my friends. The new facilities are great, and we’re allowed to go to Archie&Co, the new cafe in the school during lunch breaks and before and after school. Overall, I quite like it, but I think it could change its “pride” and reputation and care about the students more.

PLC is alright for me, as my teachers and friends are quite nice and there are large playground areas. Though some of my peers are ignored and excluded on purpose, therefore aren’t many serious bullying issues in Junior School. No one will ever dare to bully me

There is lots of bullying, only because I went on a scholarship

Yes, disappointed that honest reviews have been deleted. We genuinely thought we were given our girls access to the best education by sending them to PLC but we could not have been more wrong . Elitist culture is rife at the school and our girls hated the snobbery. If you have girls who are ( heaven forbid ) “average” and down to earth please do not send them here. If your daughters think they are better then others they will thrive.

Why are the negative reviews deleted? There were negative reviews going back years!!
How disgusting and disappointing that a school could diminish students experiences to protect their 'reputation/brand'!!! Bloody disgraceful.
Avoid Pymble Ladies College if you want your daughter to get a good education. Avoid Pymble Ladies College if you have an expectation the school will address its bullying culture. No amount of posh uniforms can disguise the trashy behaviour of some of these girls. If you think rote learning is actually learning this school is for you! Disgusting behaviour by some students and teachers. Calling up for welfare checks as a strategy to slinger parents is beyond disgusting behaviour.
Using 'cultural differences' as an excuse for bullying behaviour is completely disgusting behaviour.
Avoid this school.
