Can not wait for my daughter to finish at this school. So much bullying happening but the school does nothing but feel sorry for the bully/ies! Students openly vape in the classroom and toilets but the teachers just look the other way. Uniform policy is rediculous also, good students get written up but the 'rebels' can do what they want. We have encountered some good teachers and a great principal but most staff aren't nice to the students

Killester College is a great school! I am extremely proud to call myself a Killester student. The school offers a great curriculum and strives to make their students the best versions of themselves. Students in the school are hard workers and do not foster bullying. I have had no regrets on choosing Killester as my high school. I would recommend Killester to anyone and I think that it would be a great school to put your daughter in. |

They care more about your uniform than your education. A student spread nasty rumours about another student, ADMITTED to doing so and still got no sort of punishment at all. Other students, however, get detention for skirts above the knee or for walking to & from school in sports uniform. No action is taken for bullying and the school uniform rules are just plain stupid. They are way too picky about the uniform, it's pathetic. |

The senior teachers use bullying and intimidation as discipline techniques. The school seems to have no processes in place for dealing with serious issues. The principal seems to have little or no interest in the welfare of the students. |

This school offers an excellent choice for parents wanting an all-girls school. Although not bursting with all the add-ons, it offers a wide range of core subjects and electives from yr 7 to yr 10. It's VCE courses are excellent and the academic results are comparable with much more expensive girls aschools. The staff are caring, generous with their time and always willing to listen. The standard or teaching is excellent. The morale and tone of the whole school is admirable and discipline is not a problem. My daughter is very happy here. |
