PLEASE DONT SEND ANY CHILD HERE,
Now that ive got your attention please dont, for your childs sake. The teachers dont give a sh’t about the students mental heath, my daughter commited in 2022 becuase of the school. In this situation it wasnt the students, it was the teachers who told my daughter to end her life, dont send your child here,

The school used to be amazing at accepting neurodiverse children when Mark Porter was principal. The current principal seems to be more focused on making it the next prestigious school. Instead of being the inclusive school it once was. That being said once you get through the office politics the teachers and staff are amazing. Wish they would keep the school uniform longer instead of changing it all the time but oh well. Compared to the other private and public schools in the area it’s amazing. Just needs to remember its roots. Current parent and former student.

They charge you close to ten thousand dollars a year only to spend that money on security guards to patrol the teacher parking at drop off . I’ve never seen a school where parents are banned from parking on site (in places that are not marked teacher parking). Their excuse “starting renovations”. It’s been three months and nothing has started. The junior school is STILL comprised of decrepit transportable homes. You basically have to kick and scream to have your child noticed and looked after. And the faculty is not culturally diverse. They get away with all this because they are the only alternative to terrible public schools down south.

Our family’s experience was disappointing overall. Some of the teachers are amazing and truly care about the students. Unfortunately, the rest of the teachers and the administration are not interested in the children’s emotional well being. Academically they do fine. If your children are already confident and have all of their emotions worked out then this school would probably do. If your children would do better at a school where they are cared about and allowed to be their individual selves then send them somewhere else.

Really happy with the three kids attending. Certainly seeing my kids confidence in life improving. Also happy with the teaching of general life skills that seem so absent in our current "me" centered culture, like manners and the school values kindness. l would bot say strict, but the college certainly has standards. Kind Regards, Happy parent.

I have 3 kids at Woodcroft College, and I couldn't ask for a better place to help nurture and shape them as individuals. It's beaten all of our expectations.

This school is absolutely amazing, my children experienced small problems but their head of year instantly dealt with them and sorted it out and fixed the problems, not just for us but for everyone else and it is amazing. My children are excelling academically and they are making so many friends and this is the perfect school for families it is just fabulous.

Supercilious Heads of Year. Little understanding or care for wellbeing of students.
It’s all about the $$$$

It’s disappointing to read the negative reviews of Woodcroft College. The school’s bullying policy is well-documented and the school adheres to this policy, if they are aware of the problem. It is true that the school has a set of rules that students are expected to adhere to, but I think that is just what every good school should have. My daughter started at Woodcroft College in Year 6 and her transition was seamless. She came to the school with her best friends and then developed new friends who, in time, have now become her closest friends. My daughter is just about to finisher her university degree. My son started in Reception and is now in the Middle School. He loves the school and has made some lovely friends with families with the same values as ours. Academically he is also doing really well. It’s a great school.

My daughter was subjected to severe bullying and the school did nothing to help or support her. Woodcroft failed in their duty of care to my daughter, and l suspect to other students also. My advice to any parent is to choose another school.

Go elsewhere!!! All they are concerned with is rules that are so outdated. Students are expected to be robots. No individuality or personality is allowed!

This school has done nothing to support my support my son with special needs. I regret my decision of sending my son to this school. Woodcroft says it nurtures their student, that is a complete lie. I can't express enough that if you child needs a little support and understanding go elsewhere.

I think it is not the best school for my daughter (Reception).

The teacher doesn't wright much on my daughter's diary. Almost empty.
My friend's kid is in a public school, her diary has lots of comment from her teacher. When I wright questions for her teacher on the diary, the teacher doesn't answer often. I need more care for my daughter she is still 5years old.

There are some very nice public school so we don't need to spend a lot of money for private school.

our experience of Woodcroft has been wonderful. With a variety of course options within the iB structure to suit all needs - why go elsewhere? Excellent staff mean that the student who is willing to work will do as well as they are capable of doing. The anti-harrasment policy is very strong, with a hardline approach to those who breach it. A great benefit to a peaceful school environment.

In 20 years of involvement with Woodcroft College our experience, with all four of our children, has been overwhelmingly positive. Our three grandchildren, mere babies, are already on the waiting list for enrolment! Placed there by their parents I might add. Our fourth child is still at the College and appears set for success in her chosen areas of study.I would highly recommend that parents consider an educational partnership with the college and their children.

I find Woodcroft college to be a generally dull place to learn. I appears nice and pleasant but I feel that appearances are deceiving. I have been there for 3 years now and i havent been truly happy since. They are incredibly strict about the most sillyist things such as tiny uniform problems. They even have inspections!! It may be just me but going to Woodcroft College was the worst thing id ever done.
I'm , rate this school
