This is an amazing centre! The best I have ever seen. The comment about Pam being a nasty director is complete rubbish she made this centre one of the best centre's on the coast, she is nothing but professional! She has left now but her fantastic work she put in still shows. The comment about it being filthy I think you have the wrong centre. This is centre is beautiful and clean! |

Terrible centre, the room for 2 year olds is dirty, carpet on wall peeling off, different staff in room all the time, sticky tables, horrible yard with limited things to do. my child has come home with bites that no one seems to know anything about. Completely agree with previous post to avoid. |

My son went to the vacation care program and was seeing a PG movie (he is 5). That night he came home and was afraid to go to bed and when we questioned him he said he saw a different movie as they were running late. They took him to an m15+ movie. He also said they didn't take lunch as they were running late and instead they had popcorn and a frozen Coke. Good job guys. Just the last straw in many issues. Avoid. |

I recently enrolled my son at Imagine and am so impressed by the professionalism, care and cleanliness of the centre. It is well laid out, bright, friendly and smells a million times better than other centres I have entered! It is a wonderful place and am so pleased with my decision to send him to imagine!! Thank you to the wonderful staff and leadership!!! |

Well, I am newly employed at this place and all I could say is that what attracts me in working here is the dedication and work ethics of all the staff, it is highly commended not to mention the effort of supporting each and everyone particularly one like me who is new, Lovell House is being managed in an organized manner, tidy and clean. Miss Pam the Director does a great job and operates in a very professional way. Cynthia Harris |

I absolutely agree with Jo's comment. Well said! The funniest part is the spelling... Imagine Early Learning Centre 'Lovell House' is a very nice and clean childcare centre. Staff are very caring towards the children and they show their professionalism in their daily work. Very high dedication :) Pam is best as a director and she knows her work at the best. Very nice and comprehensive person. |

To the parent who commented about Pam!! I sent my son right through (note how to spell it correctly) Lovell house from five months of age and could not rave about the centre enough!! As a qualified teacher, I was so impressed with the education and care provided to the children, I did not hesitate to enrol my second son following my firsts departure! If you have nothing nice to say about someone or something, then say nothing at all because you are simply making an idiot of yourself. Pam is one of the most professional people I have ever met. She holds educational values and legislation in very high regard and has the children's best interests at heart. If you have a problem, be a decent human being and at least have the decency to discuss the matter in an adult manner, and at the very least address the centre directly, not via some random feedback website. The centre is without a doubt the cleanest on the Gold Coast, so I suggest you get your eyes checked. Jo |
