I do not recommend at all.
My baby was sick three time with in three weeks due to less supervision.any every time when i pick up my baby his face and hands are very sticky every day.and he cry all the time now he very happy in another child care.
Kids world staffs are very rude to children and parents.
Their director is not very good she not doing a proper job,really should think about changing the person who in charge the center there. All because how the person who manage the centre. Otherwise there won't have improvements and will be worse and worse.
They won't refund my bond money back because i was change the child care they told me i can't do any thing regarding your bond money its upto head office.they don't wanna give me a headoffice contact details.
This is a worse worse worse child care ever.

My name is Rachel G. and I would highly recommend Kids World at Westfield Parramatta to all my friends and family.
My child has been attending the centre for over a year and I could not be happier. I am happy that I provide my own food for my child as I know what he likes and dislikes in food. Also when he goes to school next year I will have to provide him with his meals and he already will be prepared for big school.
As for my child having accidents it's understandable all children fall and get hurt or scratched and this is about life. I believe that this is an important part of childrens? development and understanding of their surroundings in their environment.
As for the staff and management I could not be happier with the way that Kids World is run. My child has an observation every week and lots of art work in his file and on the walls. I receive regular emails from the centre showing me what my child is achieving. WHAT A FABULOUS IDEA !!!
I find that all the staff are highly professional and qualified and this together with my unannounced visits to the centre assures me that my child is well looked after.

The staffs are very rude to children and parents.
Their director really should think about changing the person who in charge the center there. All because how the person who manage the centre. Otherwise there won't have improvements and will be worse and worse.

I would not recommend. My child had a very negative experience which I also heard similarly from other mothers. Despite being told that my child would be enjoying arts and craft I saw no evidence. Some staff are rude and speak in harsh tones with the children. Care factor seems to be very little. Not the most hygienic of places. My child was given foods that I specifically mentioned on the enrollment form not to be given. Seems it's always the kids fault and not the carers. No portfolios on children's development available , not one developmental email or photo of my child, not a single painting or drawing in the 5 months of attendance (which seems standard for other daycare centers). After touring other daycare facilities and speaking with industry professionals this place would not be in my top picks.

Do not send your children here. My baby was injured here due to no supervision, there are no arts and crafts, they do not provide breakfast or lunch and still charge a high daily rate.
Some of the staff cannot even speak English.
