Mostly young and very dismotivated staff. I witnessed very young babies crying for hours without any caring response given to them.
The environment is pretty on the outside but no quality of care.
I feel for the well intended parents and few good carers who gave them a go. And I especially feel for the children who attend this service.

My child attended the little unicorn since they opened and we could not recommend it more. We absolutely loved the service, interactions and relationships we formed. We have now left to go to Primary school but couldn't recommend the centre more.

Terrible centre. Staff are rude and I overheard the admin lady saying very unprofessional things about other staff. Very expensive, you don't get much for what you pay.

Extremely bad book keeping and billing. I don't know of anyone who actually got charged correctly. Was a good centre when we started but by the time our children finished we were counting the days. Child care staff are young but on the whole good. Can't say the same for the admin - or lack of. Simply useless.
We were told quietly that they had problems getting resources (colouring pencils, etc) but always managed to throw a big end of year party that would have cost quite a bit. Be better to spend money on resources for the kids. Agree owners cannot be contacted - tried & failed. Staff were not able to mediate.

This centre has a relatively high turnover of kids and staff so not ideal. It's also expensive - although the food is good - and it never takes the kids on outings. The environment is very clean, and there are some good staff, but they are mostly quite young. The daily routine is well established but lacks inspiration. Its also impossible to find out who the owner is (Brenco Pty), or what their procedure for complaints is. I tried to make one as a parent and they told me to email another staff member and she would pass it on. This seems a little less than adquate in my book. They also take forever to reply to emails, and make mistakes in their book keeping. I was overcharged $47 and they took 4 months to repay it. During this time I repeatedly sent emails that the admin/management staff did not reply to. Not what I'd call a high functioning centre.
I'm , rate this school
