I have had my child at this centre for over 3 years. I have always found all the staff and director to be lovely. My child loves going there and it is very much a family atmosphere. We have made friends with other families, who have also been there for as long, and longer in some cases, than we have.
The staff turnover in our time there has been very low, and most of the girls that were there when we started are still there, and always seem happy to us.
Our child's happiness is very important to us, and they have thrived at Hubba Bubba.
We have found it to be well resourced, and enjoy seeing all the lovely projects and artwork the children do hanging in the rooms.
My partner and I cannot speak highly enough of the centre and staff and will continue to recommend it to all our friends

Can't call the centre to check-up on your children as the phones are never answered!! Very poorly run.

I agree all the comments above. The owner is good at making money and has fabulous communication skills to seduce parents putting their kids here. The centre has poor resources for kids and staff turnover is very high. It shows how the owner runs the centre.

Agree with all of the above comments. The staff turnover is very high which is a huge reflection on the owner, its standards and the centre. Parents concerns and issues are not taken seriously and it's very much a $ driven centre. It's evident that $ is not being spent on the centre or its staff! The owner would be great in sales. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

The centre is poorly run. The staff changes over the last few years has been terrible. The owner takes no ownership of the problem, dismisses parents concerns, doesn't treat staff well (they have to bring their own coffee) and my children were starving when I picked them up.
The babies room is unsafe, high chairs are broken, the front gate to the centre was broken for 2 months.
The owner is a great sales woman but the service/product on offer doesn't match.
Take your child anywhere but there.

There are much better centres for your child. The staff are very unprofessional and the owner is only after making a quick buck. Not worth it!
My child used to come home hungry and with unknown marks on his arms so we pulled him out and he is now in a warm, professional and stimulating environment where he is happy.

The centre constant has change of staff. The people who are working there are very rude and mean to the children from what I witnessed on a your of the centre.
I wouldn't leave my dog there.
