it seems like parents send their girls here if they cant afford collegiate or fahan. classes are big (like 25 or 26) and you get a wide range of kids from the community, lots from lower SES areas who have developmental or dysfunctional family issues.lots of non-catholics go there, like us as we cant afford fahan. academic side definately inferior to fahan or collegiate, just look at naplan.

-Great teachers that really do show an interest in the students learning.
-Plenty of extra curricular activities.
-Well performing school, both acedemically and sporting wise.
-Bullying handled very well.
-School set out well, even though there is a junior school the senior school can stay away from them, as there is plenty of space.
-Modern, new facilities. (science labs and library).
-A comfortable, warm and welcoming spirit at the college.
-A school that is always proud of their students and always notice achievements.
EXCELLENT SCHOOL.

St Mary's College is an excellent school, with dedicated and devoted teachers. I found this a great school to send my children to and I never heard any complaints from them. Bullying is handled by the school very well, the teachers and staff responding quick to any sign that a student is upset or distressed.

All in all, it is a wonderful and I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to give their child a happy, productive and engaging school experience :)

Big classes, no support for students \"in the middle\" (only those with special needs or gifted). high level of bullying and lack of action, standards much lower than other private non-catholic schools. poor music program. good school for disadvantaged kids, not really suitable for others.

more focus on naplan rather than teaching curriculum
poor communication with parents
no follow up on issues
