Teachers and admin staff are excellent. The new (Acting) Principal does make decisions that are questionable, but other than that, the school has well maintained facilities and fantastic teachers!

I have had my dealings with the new principal and concur that she is out of her depth. I have experienced her opinionated wrath and total lack of empathy to a situation.
The teachers and administrative staff on the other hand, have all been informative and have shown a genuine care for the education needs and wellbeing of their students.

I was hoping that the new principal would bring a revival to the school. Unfortunately this seems not to be the case. Not only are the lackadaisical attitudes to learning continuing but the serious incident that happened at the school with a student a week ago has proven that management has in no way improved. After many years of being patient and trying to persist with Glenferrie we have made the decision 2014 will be our last and we will move our kids at the end of this year. To many waisted years were the kids have learnt next to nothing. :(
