A school where students are wrapped in cotton wool instead of being made responsible for their actions. Ongoing bullying is addressed with a weak reconciliatory approach and the bullying just continues.
Culture of racism within the school towards Asian students. What goes on within this school is vastly different to the concepts of love and compassion that this school promotes very heavily publicly.
