| Reviews | | By Parent - 22 Jul 2013, Rate: bad | Very poor level of care and attention given in the Babies Room at Kool Kids Southport Joden Place. Our baby was fed leftover formula in the afternoon that was made in the morning because someone forgot to rinse the bottle and thought the bottle on the counter was freshly made - how is this possible? We also caught the carers chatting outside whilst our baby was crying uncontrollably in the sleeping room, no parent should see their child in this condition! who knows what they must have done to our child on other days when we did not catch their mistakes!
