I love my job and the people l work with. Finally l have found a professional organisation who are committed to ongoing learning. I have been at Beaconhills for 6 years and l don't think l will ever leave.

I appreciate the hard work of Beaconhiils staff. I have shopped around and with out procedures and policies in place what is out there is very sad. I can clearly see why this centre has been rated excellent.

Our DS is learning things but they are generally highly inflexible, can be rude and desperate to diagnose issues for kids that need a bit more effort. I'm probably going to move him soon. They struggle with kids that aren't the same and make parents feel bad. Great outcomes educationally (they have high expectations) but I worry about issues with self confidence and self soothing in this environment.

The staff are friendly and nice, but it seems a bit institutionalised and too many rules and policies. They won't put formula in a bottle because of policies, and they are not flexible at all. It seems that following policies is more important than relationship.
