I had my child attend this centre since 2012, I have a very good bond with the staff and the owners of the centre and they have helped my child settle into the centre. The staff communicate verbally to me about my child's day at preschool and the staff always show great compassion and friendliness. The staff at the centre possess a range of qualifications and thus the service presents a high quality of education and care.
In reference to the above comment, I would strongly advise you to write a review with correct grammar and punctuation when making a review about a service. There is no downside to having a few young staff members at the service because these individuals are those who have recently received their qualifications and would possess the current knowledge in relation to early childhood. The service management team must have continuously asked for the statement because you were not paying your fees on time and if you paid your fees on time, the management team would have not asked for the statement on a weekly basis.

I had my child go to this Daycare, really not happy with the service staff where ok, had to keep calling to make sure they are doing the right thing. There is quite a few young staff which I see a downside to experience. We should expect nothing less than perfect service as we are leaving the most precious thing in our life?s, in someone else?s care, to many parents this is not by choice. I think people see first time mothers as being too concern, well your child should be kept safe at all times even if it?s your second and third. (it may be the only one)
Owners of this Childcare, I don?t like. It?s not personal is business. All they care about is the statement are the end of the week, if they had received payments.
