The school has completely inadequate measures to stop and prevent bullying. My son enjoyed the school for two years but was then subject to extreme levels of bullying from many in his school year. All the school did was put the perpetrators on detention a few times. The main perpetrator had zero punishment because he was a teacher's son. This only made the bullies angry at my son, who was subject to more ongoing bullying for over 6 months. Some students got a second detention but that was it. No-one took me seriously, no-one reprimanded the bullies and got them to stop. I then got chastised by the school when emailing some of the students directly asking them to stop as my son's mental health was deteriorating. Would I have done that if they had acted properly as per their duty of care?
Why was I forced to look for a new school and not the bullies being removed? Three strikes with warnings and you should be expelled. Then your parents might get involved and start teaching you some discipline, empathy and kindness. It beggars belief that victims gets punished. It beggars belief that this can occur at a Catholic school. I hope the students involved can reflect later in life what damage and pain they have caused and the teachers involved also.
My son spent almost 2 years in hospital aged 14 as a result of being relentless bullied by the students from this school in relation to a childhood trauma he suffered and now has complex mental health issues which will be lifelong.
Don't send your children here. Unless you want the risk that this may happen to them. Unless they implement an actual bullying prevention program.

My child will suffer enduring trauma into his adult years from bullying experiences at this school. This is not a select group of students involved, but large groups,e.g. whole class in some subjects including two students who are the children of teachers. They do not have proper disclinary actions around bullying in fact the main instigator got no punishment at all. The parent teacher vaped on school grounds in clear view of students. Don't send your kids here unless you want to risk their emotional wellbeing.

This school is not what these people are saying it is, the classrooms are clean, the toilets are fairly clean, the playground is clean as well
