I’ve been at this school since prep, so I have first hand experience on most of the stuff happening at Santa Sabina College. I was bullied throughout Year 5 by my best friend. I suppose you could say I was also technically always being treated as the third wheel my whole life— more so while at this school. When I was in Year 2, I have to admit, but I did act quite bratty. I know saying that I was influenced by my friends at the time is not an excuse, but I am really apologetic about that. When I was younger, I was very social, a bit rough too, but during the years, school life eventually turned me into one of the loners pf the school. I stopped talking a lot because I was always called a ‘chatterbox’ and that I should ‘shut up’. I really regret listening to them. Nowadays, I sit on my own during lunches and recesses, as I honestly can’t take talking to anyone. Recently this year, Charlotte committed suicide. As this news was announced, children were laughing. THEY WERE LAUGHING. What the HELL is wrong with this school. Kids at my school are bullies. Destructive. Rude. And always talk back to the teachers. I also don’t understand why there were more donations for getting a school gym and aquatic centre over donating to children who are less fortunate than us. Spoiled. Disgusting. FIX THIS SCHOOL. | | By Parent - 22 Jun 2023, 评价: 优秀 | The principal of this institution has displayed an alarming lack of leadership skills and has proven to be the most inadequate individual in this position that I have ever encountered. Her behaviour exhibits a clear pattern of narcissism and self-entitlement, which ultimately detrimentally affects the entire school community. One of the most concerning aspects of her leadership is the propagation of radical feminism through her indoctrination of the students. While promoting equality and fighting against discrimination may be admirable objectives, it is disheartening to witness the principal berating students for their choice of earrings. This contradictory behavior not only undermines her own message but also creates a hostile and oppressive environment where personal expression is stifled. Furthermore, the principal's mismanagement of financial resources raises serious concerns. Despite defunding the college and exacerbating the already overpriced canteen, there seems to be a significant lack of funding allocated to essential facilities such as the half-broken bathrooms. It almost appears as though the principal's priorities lie elsewhere, as evidenced by her pet dog, which appears overweight, leading to unfounded speculations that it may have consumed the funds intended for bathroom repairs. In addition to the financial mismanagement, the assemblies conducted under her leadership have become dreadfully tedious and devoid of any meaningful purpose. The insistence on singing the overly long and repetitive "college song" on a weekly basis only serves to further underscore the cult-like atmosphere that has enveloped the institution. It is disconcerting to witness such a repetitive ritual that lacks any educational or inspirational value. One is left to question whether this is a school or a communist regime, where blind conformity takes precedence over critical thinking and individuality. In conclusion, the principal's performance and conduct in this institution have been highly disappointing and concerning. Her narcissistic tendencies, propagation of radical feminism, financial mismanagement, and creation of a cult-like atmosphere not only hinder the growth and development of the students but also undermine the core principles of education and personal freedom. They took it to the point where my parents got sent an email where the teacher was saying things i've never done, another place where this was shown is during parent teacher meetings. One of my current teachers was telling my mum lies.
