Each day, she returned home in tears, pleading with me not to send her back due to the unkind behavior of her peers. This distress began in her first year. Upon her transition to Year 5, I observed a significant transformation in her demeanour. She became increasingly disrespectful and seemed to abandon her previously instilled manners. The conduct of the students at this school is appalling. My daughter has completely altered her behaviour as a result of the school's environment. | | By Student - 18 Nov 2024, 评价: 很差 | I have been going to MFIS Hoxton Park for nearly five years. Ever since I started, which was Year 4, school has been very stressful. The students have no respect and manners, always rude and aggressive. Personally, the environment of the school is decent and education is average. Majority of the teachers are kind but fairly strict at times. Something that really catches my attention and forces me to speak up is how bias the school is. Me, including many other students I have spoken to all agree with the fact that the boys get treated better than the girls. I understand us females have to keep our hijab in tact and how we need to stay modest and cover our body, but this is more than that. The boys in our school have 5 courts to play sport in, while girls only have one basketball court. The boys have TWO cricket courts, a footie field, a basketball court and another whopping soccer court.. how is that fair? Another thing that makes my blood boil is the lectures we get from Islamic female teachers. The only thing they talk about is how weak us women our and how strong boys are and we should stay "Shy and quiet." Or that we are worse than the boys.. What..? The students aren't the best to be around with. I have spent majority of the time with female students and all I ever heard was gossip about someone, swearing, boys and mostly makeup; for the boys, I used to be friends with them when I was younger and all they did was talk about.. inappropriate things that I don't prefer to say, video games of R18+ games and just soccer players. I kept away from the boys when I started Year 6. Currently, I'm in Year 7 and foremost, I don't recommend students to attend the school. Sure, education and most of the teachers are nice, but students are just.. meh. If you have a son, the only thing that will earn him friends is just skill at soccer. But if you have a daughter, she needs to be an Arab to get friends. | | By Parent - 29 Feb 2024, 评价: 良好 | The new functional , comfortable uniform which was made in consultation with the children is great. The simple geometric logo on school uniform is stylishly islamic, geometric, modern, mathematical, simple etc Also I saw that the Principal Zacharriah does not hesitate to sit humbly on carpet to talk to kindergarten children even in a full suit and in any of the many schools I have intercted with I have never seen a female or male principal sit humbly like the children on their level . I get a sense that this reflects some of the humble qualities our Prophet Muhammad . Allah knows best. May Allah make Muslim schools the best role model schools. | | >>更多评论... |
