Since the new principal Rosina, 50 staff have left including the entire English department from year 7-12, apparently due to bullying, then the Library programs were removed because it wasn’t a proper thing to have in a school ‘look at the stats lady!’. Rosina stripped positions across the board two weeks into her placement, including sport and performing arts, both directors left. Employment of staff put into senior positions are Rosina’s son’s friends, other ‘mates’ have been employed to keep the sociopathic running in check, no conflict of interest is know to be lodged. The principal told staff the school was broke, when it had a normal deficit, after cutting school programs including Music the school to reduce costs the deficit has
Increased by around $500,000 (publicly available on the website). This long standing school with close to 70 years of history has been destroyed by the bullying and lack of leadership by the principal team. The reporting documents on the website are now are behind and it is clear there needs to be change. Student welfare has been a joke for this new principal where student bullying hasn’t been addressed, but she is appointed on a special panel by a government minister to deal with Anti-bullying. You can only hope the principal team and business manager are removed and replaced with a group of leaders that can get this school back on track.
