| The centre has been terrific for our family over many years. The staff are dedicated carers and long standing with a very warm approach. Our children have loved belonging to the Hartnett House community, engaged in great play and have been v happy to attend. The problem is trying to convince your kids to leave at the end of the day. | |

| I am discussed by the way the current management are running the centre. They should be so ashamed of them selfs to say we are running a high quality program and child care centre. There is no staff, and children are forced to be placed in other rooms to make up the ratio. There is no management support for families and staff members. Not to mention the bad quality of staff that actually work there. They have no idea on how to run a child play program. But I guess I will bring that back onto the manages for the lack of support. Hartnett house is dirty, and staff do not follow the cleaning check list. There have been spot checks from the department of education on more than one occasion because parents have made a complaint. Pls do NOT send your children there. Do your research and ask as many questions before enrolling your child at a child care centre | |

| Our 18mo son was at another centre and absolutely hated it. He cried inconsolably each time we dropped him off. We recently moved hon to hartnett house and couldn't be happier. He now loves going to childcare and comes home really cheerful. The carers and the ebbinenvironment are lovely. | |
