It should not matter what their staff think of a parent, they should never speak so unprofessionally that you feel unwelcome at a centre. We have been told this by two staff members in so many weeks. I have never had another centre says this ever. It's like they don't like their job and just don't care.
In saying this there are some very nice staff members. | | |
