We used the World Square childcare centre for our daughter, for three months only and then we had to get her our of there! They had quite a high turnover of staff so our daughter was never really with the same person. They do not have an actual out side area so our poor daughter was stuck in there with no chance of fresh air. There had once been a mistake with the payments, which we were unaware of until an over aggerssive helper told us we had to pay up in 24 hours or not bother coming in the following day! Also the airconditioing once broke, and it took them days to fix it so was very hot there all day long and uncomfortable for all the kdis. The final straw was although we provided Sudocream as our daughter has sensitive skin they did not really use it, so she constantly had severe nappy rash, which would start on Monday's and then clear up when we had her for the weekends etc. Our daughter would always be crying when we left her, but now in her new place she absolutley loves goig there... (definitely recommend family day care over child care centres, especially World Tower)! careless and useless. please don't send your children there
