The school has no consequences for nasty and mean behaviour. The more times you are sent to the principal's office the more likely you will be selected as a leader. There is way to much emphasis on being good at sport over enjoying sport. Kids doing amazing at music,learning, showing kindness and respect are largely ignored.

Teachers value of compliance above all else. There is no individualisation and all students are taught to the same plan. There is a lack of pastoral care and a toughen up attitude.

The principal and teachers have their favourite students who win all the “values” based awards and get all the roles and opportunities even though other students are higher achievers and nicer kids.
